What is Podiatry?
Podiatrists specialise in treating conditions in the feet and lower limbs.
Your feet house a quarter of the bones in our entire bodies – in addition to various muscles, ligaments and joints. This makes them extremely vulnerable to injury and diseases that can affect the entire body.
A primary aim of podiatry is to improve the mobility, independence, and quality of life for their patients. Podiatrists provide preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of problems affecting the feet and lower limb.
What conditions do you treat?
We address a comprehensive array of foot and ankle conditions, including heel pain, plantar fasciitis, fungal nail infections, bunions, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, neuropathy and foot and ankle injuries.
Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
