Cancellation Policy
At Umina Podiatry, our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and cancelled appointments.
This Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients who are kept waiting for appointments as well as our Podiatrists who are striving to meet the demand for their services.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
We understand that at times appointments need to be changed.
Under this cancellation policy, we appreciate your cooperation as below:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice, prior to your scheduled appointment time, is required for cancellation or changes to appointment times
- Patients not attending or cancelling their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be charged a non-attendance fee
- The non- attendance fee will be charged up to 100% of the appointment charge.
Please note no subsequent appointments will be booked until the non-attendance fee is settled
Fees are charged automatically. If you feel you have extraordinary or emergency circumstances please notify us in writing and our management will give your matter due consideration.
